You might have done group classes before. At Sasquatch we individualize your training within our multiple programs. We want to know why you are training, to get fit? What does fitness look like to you? Lighter or heavier weights; increased or decreased reps, etc. We will set you up for success. Think you will never be able to do a pull-up?
