Why CrossFit?

You might see the craziness of CrossFit on YouTube or ESPN these days.  Those athletes all started somewhere. CrossFit is infinitely scalable.  Lighter or heavier weights; increased or decreased reps, etc.  We will set you up for success. Think you will never be able to do a pull-up? Check out some of our testimonial videos to get an idea of where our athletes started and what they thought coming in! The first time you come in you will be greeted by one of our knowledgeable coaches and a bunch of friendly members. They support you, encourage you and care about your success. Coaches follow up on goals or assist in nutrition guidance. After a workout there are high fives and smiles, a built-in support system.
