Head Coach Isaac Vaisberg has been CrossFitting for five years and specializes in working with athletes with MS and other movement disorders. "It is incredible to see what people can accomplish when they set their minds to it and don’t take no for an answer," he says.
Isaac says fitness is the avenue he uses to tackle all of life’s challenges. "In the gym, I learned patience, dedication and perseverance," he says. "I learned to take new approaches and adapt. I learned to laugh at my frustrations. I learned that a little progress is still progress! I reshaped my whole outlook on life by relating it to how I tackled my workouts. I live to pass this on to anyone and everyone who cares to listen."
Isaac became a CrossFit coach after waking up one morning and realizing he didn’t want to spend the rest of his life working behind a desk. When he’s not in the gym, you can find him hiking. He even hiked the entire Appalachian Trail once.
