Our Classes

Here’s where you make your dreams happen – in our classes! Lead by our talented trainers, these classes will have you gaining on your goals in no time. Don’t worry that any of these is too tough for you. We scale everything to meet you where you are. As your skills increase, so will the intensity of your workouts.

  • CrossFit Group Classes

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.  Our CrossFit classes build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life.

  • Olympic Weightlifting

    Our Olympic-style Weightlifting class is held two times a week. This class is perfect for athletes interested in developing their skill in the snatch, and the clean and jerk. The open gym style class will focus solely on Olympic-style and auxiliary lifts, which help develop efficiency and coordination in the snatch, the clean and jerk, and other related lifts.

     

     

  • Personal Training

    We offer personal workout programs to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise program suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight, or injury prevention, post-rehab, movement and performance assessment.

    A “Full Session” is 60 minutes of one-on-one attention from a coach, designed to be a complete session from warm-up and skill development to conditioning and cool-down stretching.

    A “Skill Session” is 30 minutes spent with a coach, focusing on a single movement or skill. This is a great option for someone looking for more personalized attention in developing a more complex exercise (like the Olympic-style lifts or gymnastics movements).

  • On-Ramp

    Our On-Ramp program is designed to help the CrossFit beginner learn the basic barbell movements they will see in our Group CrossFit classes.

    This class includes the following offerings:

    Personal Training Sessions
    Nutrition Consultation
    First Month of CrossFit

  • CrossFit Teens

    A terrific way to introduce CrossFit to teens looking to get in shape or specialize in a particular sport. Teen classes are smaller for more direct coaching and available only to kids 13-18.

  • Nutritional Coaching

    Sasquatch provides nutritional guidance and an approach to fit any lifestyle.  People are unique and not “one-size fits all” so why should your diet be any different

    We believe that the best diet is the one that works for YOU. This is why we work with our clients to help them develop an understanding of food, a better relationship with food, and find a routine that fits them and their goals.

    We do this through:

    • An initial meeting with your nutrition coach to get to know YOU and what your current diet and lifestyle look like and your personal goals you wish to achieve.
    • An individualized macro plan tailored to your needs and goals.
    • Routine email check-ins via email, text, or phone calls to help with accountability, struggles you may be having, and possible adjustments to the program to ensure continued success and progress.
